Statement of RoHS Compliance
All INSTEC commercial products are RoHS
compliant with EU Directive 2002/95/EC. And now available since January
1, 2006
The EU Directive 2002/EC calls for "a Restriction of use of certain
Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipments".
There are six specific substances: Lead (Pb), Mercury (Hg),
Cadmium (Cd), Hexavalent Chromium (CrVl), Polybrominated Biphenyls (PBB)
and Polybrominated Biphenyl Ethers (PBDE).
All the above mentioned substances have been eliminated or minimized
to the acceptable levels as stated in the European Union Directive
2002/95/EC
INSTEC present Part Number system will
not change.
Installation Methods: Convection Reflow Oven, Wave Solder\Solder
Dip and Hand Soldering.
